Strawberry Pancakes by FB'er, Wendy Gonzalez
Brunch fan, Wendy Gonzalez, kicked off our Pix Potluck by setting a decadent precedent…
It’s not peak season for strawberries but these looked so good, we made an exception. The luscious layers of crispy-thin cakes, dusted in powered sugar and sandwiched with whipped cream and freshly-sliced berries triggered an instant snack run for us.
