@Ken, I had the same question. They aired Chen v Kobe and Sakai v Morimoto, but stopped there.

I miss watching the show at 11 pm each night. I enjoy all the different ingredients they use. Many I never heard of. In any event, I want to see the show each night. Please bring it back.

love Iron chef Japan. i was dissappoited when it stopped airing every night. I have tried several recipes and my family and friends so enjoyed them.( thanks Chen) haven't seen all of them, but will buy the taped shows. It is so good, and entertaining. Sorry but the american version pales in my view.It's just not the same. It's OK, but Iron chef Japan it's NOT!!!
Japan (Nihon) Iron Chef as stated in previous comments first class, excellent and a treat to watch and enjoy. The cooking is awesome. I am not interested at looking at the Iron Chef America and even madder when it leaks over and replaces the Iron Chef Japan. Prior viewers comments are dead on
about the Iron Chef AMerica is a cheap and disrespectal version. As a white norh american cannot speak much japanese and been to Nihon, I love Kagasan on the show start winding up and the flourish in Japanese as it is first class. Also the " I'll do my best " is frankly awesome and by god they mean it.
All episodes are excellent but the one that really stands out is the one when Ron Segul from San Francisco battled in Kitchen Stadium and won a clean sweep and made honorary Iron Chef.
More imazing was Kagasan who never tips his hand when announcing results and this time right at his openeing statement announcing results was: I am thinking of moving my kitchen stadium to a view of the Golden Gate Bridge.
Thank you very much for providing Iron Chef Japan so we can continue to watch.
Please bring this show back nightly. It's my favorite show.
I like the Iron chef America chefs as individual chefs, especially Cat Cora, but as a spin off of Iron Chef Japanese, I don't care for it at all. Please keep Iron Chef Japan on at night. There are some dishes I have learned to make and would like to continue. I get tired of grilled, Italian, and Greek. Morimoto's dishes are a nice change. I watch it when he's on.

Please, Bring Iron chef Japan Back TO 11:pm. I do look at it 7:am, It's seems like the cooking channel is about to stop airing it, if this is the case then you don't mind losing another viewer.
