Tomato and Chorizo Salad - Bill Granger, Bill's Holiday
Need a light dinner idea that beats the heat and the clock? Watch Bill Granger make his hearty Tomato and Chorizo Salad at 12:30pm ET today and then make it yourself for dinner…
Inspired by his travels to Spain, Bill creates the fresh, bright salad for a family picnic in the country. It only has seven ingredients and you probably already have half of them in your pantry right now.
If a Spanish chorizo isn’t to your liking, you can sub in a variety of flavored sausages (even great vegetarian options). We just like this version because the smoked paprika in this pork-based chorizo adds a nice depth of flavor to an otherwise simple salad. Don’t forget a delicious, fresh crusty bread to sop up all of the juices.
