Pissaladiere by Katalin Eisenberg
Craving a rich, savory onion pie that would even make Julia Child proud? Katalin Eisenberg shared this decadent Pissaladiere on our Facebook page and we couldn’t resist…
Katalin didn’t go into detail on her approach but it looks true to the classic Provencal onion tart. It’s clear she subbed out of the oil-cured black olives prescribed in Mastering the Art of French Cooking but it still looks delicious and right on the mark. Congrats Katalin, and thanks for sharing (and if you are reading this, feel free to share some of your secrets below).
