		<description>I am so enjoying these shows.   Bal appears kind and seems to be passionate about food and spices.  She is also very positive and uplifting.  Being gluten, sugar and dairy free this show offers so many choices for me.  The fact that she uses Chick Pea Flour and coconut milk make it possible for me to create these meals at home.  Plus as a yoga teacher I love anything that has to do with India.  This is a fantastic show!   </description>
