It’s that time of the year, and we always crave one or two new recipes for our Thanksgiving feast. This year, Emeril shares a menu of spatchcocked crispy honey-lemon-thyme roasted cornish game hens and pan roasted Brussels sprouts with pancetta. Are you a Spoonbread Head?
