There’s a saying around my house: Everything tastes better with a little bacon. It’s always been true for Brussels sprouts. Now, thanks to Unique Eats host Lee Anne Wong, it’s true for cookies, too.
Using bacon fat in addition to butter makes her Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies rich and moist, and the bits of bacon studded throughout make a salty complement to the chocolate.
