Just watched the show. Besides the host seeming to try too hard, it was fairly good. The concept of the show was great, however, I would have loved to see more of this'molecular' cooking done at a level the home foodie could attempt. But pistachio cake with duck liver icing – come on?! More foams, more caviars, and blow torches are always fun to see used too. Good Luck,

I caught this last night was instantly intrigued. To be fair, I tuned in during the corn segment where huitlacoche sorbet was made. Any chance the recipe or text of the creation can be posted? Man oh man, I wish I taste that sorbet AND that fizzy gelatinous corn creation.
You know what? This show reminds me of watching Bill Nye the Science Guy as a child. Thanks a ton for that!
