Get to know the students below.

Cooking School Confidential

Paul Walls is in his final semester at Johnson & Wales University. Paul is from Memphis, Tennessee. He served in the U.S. Army and spent time in Afghanistan. His dream is to be selected to participate in an Alain Ducasse internship in France. Paul needs great grades, a strong interview and more than a little luck to be one of the few selected.

Cooking School Confidential

Kay Taylor is from Albertville, Alabama. She is a former newspaper editor and journalism professor. She jokes, "I'm probably not the oldest person to ever attend Johnson & Wales, but..." Kay is chasing a dream and recognizes she is entering a "young person's arena." She is also keenly aware that she doesn't have time to make a mistake.

Cooking School Confidential
Amber is a full-time student, full-time teaching assistant and a full-time mother with three children under the age of six. We follow her in her final semester at Johnson & Wales University. Will she make it through? What happens after she graduates? How will she pay off her student loans? And her biggest concern, will she get a job?
Cooking School Confidential
Graham was born and raised in Greenville. He was a track star in college at East Tennessee State University. After graduating from college, Graham became a professional bicyclist. Graham recognized that this path is short-lived, and so, like fellow freshman Kay, he enters Johnson & Wales University chasing a dream. Graham's challenge is this: can he continue to maintain his one passion - cycling - while pursuing another - cooking?

Tune in Sunday to find out where their culinary pursuits take them.
