Return with Debi and Gabriele for Season 2 of Extra Virgin.

Debi Mazar and Gabriele Corcos are back for another season of Extra Virgin, inviting fans into their home and kitchen to share their passion for food, their family and each other. This season, the family moves to a new house in Los Angeles, and makes their new kitchen the heart of their home immediately. They return to the hills of Tuscany for a delicious trip to Gabriele’s hometown. Don’t miss guest star appearances from actors Adrian Grenier and Joe Mantegna and comedian Kathy Griffin.  Premieres Wednesday, October 19th at 10:30pm ET.

Chuck Hughes in Chuck's Week Off: Mexico

Chuck is hungry for a break from his daily grind, and wants to head somewhere he can trade in his black t-shirt and apron for a pair of shades. In Chuck’s Week Off: Mexico, he heads south of the border in search of fresh, authentic Mexican food and culinary adventures. From open-air Jeep cruises in the Baja to fishing in the Sea of Cortez, Chuck lives out once-in-a-lifetime experiences, meets awesome people and cooks and eats amazing food. Premieres Tuesday, November 8th at 10:30p ET.

A Culinary Coup: The Launch of Ku De Ta

Singapore’s skyline has been transformed. The Marina Bay Sands resort now towers above the city, and perched on top, Singapore’s most exciting new signature restaurant is slated to open. With only weeks to go, there is no kitchen and no cooks. There is just one man, Executive Chef Dan Segall, who will form a team and menu entirely from scratch. She finds the best ingredients and cooks them right then and there at the peak of their freshness. Armed with her friendly style and vast knowledge, Ching is out to prove that Chinese cuisine can be simple, healthy, fun and delicious. Premieres Saturday, September 24th at 1pm ET.

Bringing in the expert: Donatella Arpaia.

Famed restauranteur Donatella Arpaia is expanding her food empire to include a consulting business. In the Donatella Project, she’ll come to the rescue of restaurants in need of her skillful guidance on all issues, big and small. Coming soon, this October.

Good Eats with Alton Brown comes to Cooking Channel.

He’s here! Pop culture, comedy, and plain good eating… In Good Eats, Alton Brown explores the origins of ingredients, decodes culinary customs and presents food and equipment trends. Punctuated by his unusual interludes, simple preparations and unconventional discussions, Alton brings you food in its finest and funniest form. Begins Friday, September 30th, 8p-10pm ET.
