I'm watching Chef Kearney's show now and am looking for a recipe or two from the show. Alas you don't seem to have any of his recipes. Please ask him top give up his Yellow Tail Snapper in Creole sauce and his Mango sauce recipes.

I am very inspired by him. "He's so good on the eyes". Being a St. Thomas native not only makes me proud and delighted in our cuisine, but also gives me the inspiration to introduce our food to others. I will definitely be cooking some pumpkin soup this week!

I agree with everyone stating that Cooking Channel should have recipes for their shows, but not to be a snitch, there are other websites with these recipes. Just Google search them.

Loved the show! St. Thomas is amazing and so is Chef Gavin. I can't wait to make his recipes and hope you put them on line soon. I am making the Snapper this weekend for the family. What a great addition to the Cooking Channel.
Where are the recipes Cooking Channel?? This was the first time I watched a show in its entirety and not only was the chef's name missing from the lineup, the recipes were too… ghastly horror. I love this guy! He's so laid back and easy and fun, it makes me want to try to cook fabulously too. Well done producers, or whomever found this gem of a chef.
