i need a good herb recipe for goat meat.
I developed this recipe for Javelina…I have been told by old timers it was the best javelina they ever ate so it should work on goat
Javelina Brine & Cooking Instructions
4 cups of water
3 tablespoons Mrs. Dash Seasoning
3 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
2 tablespoons Beef Fajita Seasoning
2 tablespoons garlic salt
5 tablespoons Worcestshire Sauce
5 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 cups white wine
2 onions sliced
In a medium size pot, bring the water to a boil and add all the dry ingredients stirring frequently for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add 4 cups of ice cubes to cool mixture. Once cooled add the sauces and vinegar and stir. Cook it in your favorite way.
Red wine, fresh crushed garlic, mint, parsley, salt, pepper and paprika-
in a bowl add 1/2 c fresh minced parsley 1/4 c fresh chopped mint, 5 crushed garlic cloves, salt and peper to taste and 1 teaspoon of paprika, add 1 cup of red wine and let it sit overnight- I usually bake this in the oven but you can make it stove top with potatoes
In your "Back to Basics" cookbook you mention "Cheese Straws" but I was unable to find the recipe! Could you share it with us?
Thanks
turned in some good ones.. hope to be selected.. Happy Holidays! http://www.thefooddiva.net
