Thursdays are when the weekend should really start, and what better way than with a cocktail? Last week we warmed up to an autumn-appropriate Spiced Cabernet; this week we’re back with a bubbly-based sip that’s just as apt for the season.
Who says champagne cocktails are only for brunch? The Blissini is a pumped up mimosa, mixed with orange and pomegranate juices that lend the refreshing sip a flatteringly fall-inspired hue. A few leaves of mint helps give it a crisp and clean finish. With its warm colors and cozy flavors, it’s the ideal way to toast to the season, no matter what time of day. So pour yourself a glass, pop open a bottle or two if you’re hosting, and take a load off after a long fall day. Bottoms up, folks.
