Hello, we really appreciate the visit. Thanks to you and so many other passionate food lovers, Cooking Channel has exceeded even our wildest expectations for success. We’re just wrapping up our first full year on the air and already each month more than 15 million people tune in to Cooking Channel and a million more visit CookingChannelTV.com for a deeper dive into all things food.
Earlier this fall I ventured from my New York City apartment for a Saturday afternoon bike ride over the Williamsburg Bridge to check out Smorgasburg, the hot new open-air, all-food, bonanza held Saturdays on Brooklyn’s Williamsburg waterfront. The New York Times calls it “like a summer rock festival for food” and “a fitting playland for a food-crazy generation.”
It reminded me a lot of what we hope to give you every day on Cooking Channel. We’re so proud to offer the most diverse lineup of food programming on television. Where else will find shows all about Vietnamese, Caribbean or Indian food, or an entire series dedicated to cheese? Or an irreverent food comedy show like Nadia G’s Bitchin Kitchen? When you watch Cooking Channel, we promise you’ll never quite look at food the same way again.
The Williamsburg Smorgasburg closes November 19th for winter, but Cooking Channel’s smorgasbord is open year-round, 24-hour a day, on-air and online.

I am offended by the title and the advertisement for Nadia G's show. The cooking networks were one of the places left on television that were safe to watch without being offended. Why is it necessary to make cooking crass? I hope that you will consider dropping this show.
why drop the show?? what does Nadia have to do with advertising and marketing? You can turn the channel when her show comes on, that's what I do when I don't like a TV show.,.. it's one of the great perks on having your own TV in your own home… you choose.
Lighten up C Wolfe. If you don't like it, don't watch. I happen to love BITCHIN' KITCHEN!!!!
I am also offended by the title – and, no, it doesn't do a lot of good to change the channel when the show is advertised on many other channels.. I babysit four of my grandchildren after school, school days off and summers. I do not want them hearing this. If it weren't for this one, I would watch the channel more often Little minds and vocabularies are being formed and this is not acceptable.

I agree! Not impressed by her behavior, it is a shame that Food Channel even has this show on for any of us that really enjoy cooking for friends and family.
Seen a show this morning 11/19/11 —- For The Love Of Pies wanted to try and get a recipe for one of the pies. Which I believe was called Green Chili Apple Pie. I can't even find the program listed can anyone help me out ? Would be appricated.

i love cooking channel because is so different from Food network, but now we are being shoved food network programs like good eats, so whats the point?? i would love to see bill kitchen back and also anything Jamie Oliver, please stop with the food network programs.
Nadia's G.'s show has got to go…a little to much for the older crowd. You may be trying to attract younger viewers but that's not going to bring them in. I thought Cooking channel was about cooking. Leave the food network programs to food network…ie..good eats…and who really cares where a celebrity eats or what they eat. Leave that for the gossip magazines. Pioneer Woman is a great show, she is what American families are all about. More blog programs, maybe canning, bread baking 101, on and on…
Keep being different! You're having success because you're different. I almost never watch anything on Food Network as it's mostly glorified junk food and competition type shows, neither of which are what I'm looking for. Cooking Channel has been far, far better — please keep it that way. Good food. Healthy food. Delicious food. More of all that. We already have FN for those who want it — I hope you don't turn into a copy of it.

Her food is good and she makes me laugh.
Bitchin' Kitchen might not be for everybody but I'm in my 50s and love that show! I also like Anthony Bourdain so I guess I like that kind of snarky show. Even so, keep up the good work, Cooking Channel, and don't change a thing. Too many of the other channels have changed and I don't like them any more.
Please keep the creeps from food network on the food network. I know it's the same company but they already have their own channel. Keep it fresh here… please!
I found the Cooking Channel refreshing in the beginning until it became a home for Food Network reruns…what happened to terrific programming like Luc Nguyen and Annie Sibonney on Sunday mornings? Good Eats reruns which are 10 years old make me want to change the channel. Keep the COOKING shows coming, please!
I can't wait until the Nadia G haters heads start to explode when they find out she's got a marathon on Thanksgiving Day. I think I hear them in the distance now. Pop. Pop. Pop.
Why no HD ? Looks so much better on the Food Network.
