– to many complaints – I just wish my cable carried the cooking channel so that I could have the choices all the complainers have!!
More Bill Granger, more Ching He Huang, Kylie Kwong, Jamie Oliver would be great! Love Eat St. and Unique Eats. Love Foodography. More Latinos cooking a range of foods – Puerto Rican, Dominican, Cuban, Ecuadorian, etc ….each country/region has a distinct cuisine! Accessible cooking shows…with the economy still flagging and with more and more people emerging with a growing interest in food – you have to have things that are sensible in terms of diet, accessible in terms of ingredients, do-able for the beginning home chef and the seasoned foodie alike. How about Fish? A show dedicated to cooking all kinds of seafood – not just one episode but multiple episodes. So many ideas – please stop re-cycling Food Network shows, as others have already said. AND PLEASE don't ever bring Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives to Cooking Channel. Thank you!
Please more international flavor and less of old fashioned foodnetwork stars ( you know the names, all mentioned in comments above). What about fresh spins on Asian cuisine, Thai, Chinese, middle eastern. Fresh faces and less reruns
How about a show cooking outdoors over campfires or makeshift grills when camping or after a fishing or hunting outting. Use wild game such as deer, rabbit, squirrel and fish like catfish, bluegill, crappie. Maybe even using wild herbs, berries and other edibles from the outdoors. It would be nice to see how a real chef would do with these ingredients instead of the boring old salt and peppered meat and deep fried fish.
For all the Nadia G. fans out there, she should have been at least #5.
