Ben Sergeant Hook, Line & Dinner

Ben Sargent lives for seafood. He's a fisherman, restaurateur, chef and overall seafood fanatic who's ready to take you on another amazing adventure: Season two of Hook, Line & Dinner premieres tonight at 8pm on Cooking Channel.

This season, Ben continues his cross-country seafood road trip on his  tricked-out motorcycle  (which you should totally check out here)  in pursuit of the very best local sea-foodies, the freshest fish and the most delicious ways to prepare it. Beginning tonight, Ben's travels will take him coast to coast, on a bigger, better-than-ever, seafood-packed motorcyle tour of the continent.

So what does the ultimate seafood road trip include?
Ben's making stops down in Florida's tropical  Islamorada and the iconic Mid Atlantic's Chesapeake Bay, then all the way up in Canadian fishing hub Vancouver and even the chilly (read: FREEZING) salmon fishing village of Sitka, Alaska!  Would you expect anything less from the man whose passion for seafood is as boundless as the ocean?

In tonight's episode, Ben explores New York's coastal town of Montauk. He's in search of striped bass and porgy, two tasty local finds.

To find the best catch, Ben teams up with local expert Amanda Switzer who shows him how it's done. Amanda knows how it's done, and maneuvers like an expert to beat out other boats for a great catch.
