***Update: Nadia G. snagged the big win this week at the NewNowNext Awards in the category of Most Addictive Reality Star. We couldn’t be more excited for her, and not at all surprised — we’re addicted to her episodes of Nadia G.’s Bitchin’ Kitchen on Cooking Channel, after all.
The stiletto-wearing, pan-wielding star now joins the ranks of movie stars and soon-to-be pop icons previously recognized for greatness, including previous award winners like Lady Gaga, True Blood and Britney Spears.

this is one of the best cooking shows out there
You are kidding. She may be able to cook and do a good job…but she can't even stay in character. She keeps droppping the terrible fake accent (many times in the middle of a sentence!)

Can't imagine why this person is on the Cooking Channel. Her show stinks. Another concern I have is that her show is advertised during prime time, when young children who love to watch the chefs can learn that they too can have a "Bitchin' Kitchen" Real nice isn't it.
Gloria, I'm pretty idealistic and maybe even a little conservative when it comes to how people raise their kids, but you are uptight. If you have a problem with the "bitchin" title (which actually does not connotate the phrase "bitch," in case you were confused), then take responsibility for what appears on your TV set – it's not a babysitter for your kids – and supervise it. If your kids ever come across the word "bitchin" and it offends your sensibilities, let them know that it actually means "awesome" when used that way – but that it's inappropriate for them to use in conversations. It's called being frank and honest with your kids. And her show, by the way, is actually pretty informative behind the colorful things that irritate you so much. But the beauty is that, again, you can take control of your TV and opt not to watch it. Isn't this is a great world?
She's drives me crazy! I cant watch her show – its stupid and fake. Give me something real! this is not it.
Don't know, don't care. Too many of the cooking shows are gimmicks. I cannot stand the food challenge shows. They appear too phoney and stupid. I watch to learn something and most the programs are stupid. Worst cooks? Worst show. At least you got rid of those stupid Emril shows with all those fat slobbering people clapping at BAM. He's so much better when he just cooks and doesn't do the worn out stuff, like bam.
nadia is adorable. i love that she drops the act sometimes…definitely part of the charm.
The only vote that I would give to Nadia G is it would vote her off of T.V.
She turns me off completley. Not worth the electricity to watch her show.

Love her show! So campy! Over the top? Yes. A unique and fun way to present the information. Too bad some people don't get it. Also, the recipes I've tried are very good. Not sure I'd categorize it as "reality" though. But, then again, what "reality" show really is reality? And, I agree, it's not for kids.
Hilarious – not Nadia, these comments. I thought it was just me that thought she was a joke. Watched her once- that was enough. Love the Cooking Channel but can't support the Snooki of the kitchen.

Nadia is an original. Not only is she hilarious, she's smart. The show is refreshingly different. I love the satire, her "assistants" and the way she not only makes tasty looking food – but makes it healthy as well.
Love Nadia and love the show. I've made several of her recipes and they have all turned out well. I get tired of watching the saccharine-sweet fakeness of many of the hosts on the Cooking Channel and the Food Network. Nadia brings humor to the table and I think it's great.
I watched Nadia for the first time today. After the program I needed a canister of oxygen as I was out of breath! Everything moves along awfully fast! Her recipes seem good but with the drumming of music in the background (its very unnecessary) and her accent and the camera work, Im going to need aspirin to go with that oxygen! They need to tone down the speed and accent some and I don't like the title of the program because of the possibilty of kids watching it!
My husband and I were watching the new bobby deen program and saw the preview for her show (which annoyed me) so I gave him the remote and said he could change the channel. He teased me and said nope, I'm gonna make you watch it! Soo glad he did! We were in stitches! We haven't laughed so hard about a cooking show ( in a good way). Not only did we laugh but we learned things as well. We give kudos to her for having a more upbeat, out-of-the-box program. We enjoyed every minute and look foward to watching more! Thanks to Nadia and her cast! Keep it up girl!
Cute as a button, but too far over the top. Show needs to be redeveloped. Keep the kid from the streets routine, just lose the stupid outakes to her "Advisors" and dump the over worked street accent. It's not believeable.
Oh, one more thing…Show her actually cooking rather that cutting away to a hand shot every she does something. Aside from this its a great show!

Of course it's fake. I love her fake campy show! I guess many of you want the same old boring cooking show that just demonstrates cooking. Nadia's show is unique ad hysterical! It's refreshing. I have tried many of her recipes and they came out great! Some of you need to lighten up! Must be a lot of republicans commenting on here…no sense of humor!
