    One of my husband's favorites 14 Carat cake (carrot cake) from scratch it has grated carrots, crushed pineapple, pecans, even raisins if you so desire and then frost with homemade cream cheese frosting and sprinkle with additional chopped pecans. Very Yummy, Moist filling cake.

    A Giant Rice Krispie Treat Egg….. it's about 8" in circumfrence, 6" long. Hollow, with edible easter grass anda chocolate covered peep inside. Not so much baking… but it is a delicious spring treat~

    Considering it is Easter weekend, I will be making Apricot Almond bars, as well as Italian Sweet Bread and Ricotta Pineapple Rice Pie for Sunday brunch. They are all traditional Italian sweets that are only consumed this time of year. Happy Easter and Passover to all!
