    I LOVE ALL MEXICAN FOOD :-) but i especially love tacos! Whether its with meat, fish, vegetarian or even crustaceans, my friends and family are always a GO when its our ULTIMATE TACO DAY.

    My favorite Mexican food is actually the Spicy Shrimp Broth recipe that was shared by Marcela Valladolid. We save up shrimp shells in the freezer, every time we eat shrimp, just so we can cook up her soup later. Ohhhhh sooooo good!

    Enchiladas Suizas!! It has a chicken, poblano and cheese filling with a creamy tomatillo sauce on top! I make it all the time for my friends. It's heaven. :)

    My favorite food has to be a tie between two things. I love Mole and salsas, and I would love to explore and cook the different moles and salsas found in each "state" in Mexico, it sounds like a wonderful culinary adventure for me!!

    At castle peak grille in Avon, Colorado there is a dish called potato au gratin chili fries. The chef there make au gratin potatoes and turns them into fries and deep fries them and smothered with pork green chili. I cannot get enough

    I love all mexican food. What comes to mind are chile rellenos and refried beans.
