i like yellow mustard
My favorite topping for hot dogs is chili cheese, with onions or a Chicago Dog.
A sacrilege to some, but I like my dog with good ole ketchup.

Now that we no longer live in the Midwest, we have family send us cans of Skyline Chili so that we can assemble our own cheese coneys. Steamed buns, boiled dogs, yellow mustard, minced onion, the chili, and finely grated mild Cheddar grace out table about once a month.
