I admire Madhur so much and have all of her cookbooks. She is a marvel to watch and oh so funny. Her sidekick, Aasif Mandvi makes a great companion on the show. I have always loved Indian cuisine and have learned how there are so many influences the Indian culture has helped the world to appreciate great food. Thank you Cooking Channel for reaching out to other countries and helped up to appreciate food in new and delicious ways. Please continue to bring to light all that makes up our desire for new flavors. Enjoyed tonight's show and look forward to many more. I will pass on the word!

I watched the show on Sunday. The production and video quality were excellent. I love Madhur's cookbooks and Aasif is hilarious! I had a party of people over when we watched this. Very well done !
Been watching the cooking channel (and food network) forever……just saw this show tonite……not sure how this is something the cooking channel thought we want to see. He seems a little racist and his mother is the one who has the show. If he wants to get married, do that, but he has business doing a cooking show….just a new yorker here laughing at this show….
NY Indian, is the best show to air on the cooking Channel in a long time. Comedian Aasif Mandvi and Madhur were fantastic, so natural, really, really entertaining. Now, if you could only do something with that Supersizers Go… program. Eating like barbarians with food & drink falling out of their mouth is not entertaining to me and besides, half of the time you cannot understand what they're saying.

Indian cuisine is everywhere! Imagine tasting for the first time, indian food in perth! Persian and Indian cuisine are just some of the favorites of those who loves spices, like me. They also make bread eating a lot more enjoyable, may it be on pita bread or the dosa breakfast.
There are restaurants in long island that reminds me of Indian cuisine. Sigh, now I am really hungry. I want to order food right now!
