Pop quiz: During summertime, the living should be:

a) complicated
b) a pain in the ass
c) easy
If you answered c) you are correct!

To make the living as easy as possible, here are some cocktail options that are delicious and have just two ingredients. That's right: two ingredients. And if two ingredients is too complicated, simply drink from the bottle and then please call a friend and tell them that your life is unraveling.

Here we go:
Loco Coco
4 oz coconut water
2 oz coconut rum

Shake ingredients over ice and pour into a lowball glass of ice.

Or don't: You can just pour ingredients directly into a glass of ice and stir and continue lounging!

Coffee Break
6 oz iced coffee, sweetened to taste
2 oz flavored vodka (espresso, chocolate, vanilla)

Spike iced coffee with vodka, in the flavor of your choosing. Stir. Continue lounging.

Kombucha Wine Spritzer
3 oz kombucha (berry flavors work best)
5 oz chilled white white

Pour wine in a glass with ice. Top with delicious, fizzy, hydrating, probiotic kombucha and get ready for the best wine spritzer of your life. Drink. Write us a thank you note. Continue lounging.

My Fruit Cup Runneth Over
3 oz. fruit cup (Pimm's No. 1 or Plymouth are both delicious)
2 oz. lemon or lime sparkling water or soda

What the hell is a fruit cup? It’s not a breakfast side dish: it’s a delicious, slightly sweet spirit with a gin base and fruity, aromatic notes. It’s also a bottle of laziness. All you need to do is pour it over ice and add your choice of seltzer or soda. If you have some extra energy, toss some fruit in there and give it a stir. Sip. Continue lounging.

LIFE IS PEACHY (all-caps, of course)
6 oz cold peach iced tea
2 oz honey bourbon (Jack Daniels and Wild Turkey both make them)

You’ll never guess how this is made: you take a glass of ice, fill it with cold peach tea, and then pour liquor in it. We think honey bourbon is perfect for this because it’s plenty sweet and a little smoky, and it means that you can skip the hugely inconvenient step of adding sugar to your tea. Stir ingredients together, and garnish with a mint leaf if one is growing within reach of your patio chaise. Sip. Continue lounging.

So go forth! Mix one thing with another thing! Drink it! Resume laziness.
