I love a fresh corn salad made with apple cider vinegar, sugar, cilantro, basil, and whatever kinds of veggies you want to add!
Deviled eggs, different types: traditional, crab, bacon, etc,! Oooh and any type of ice cream dessert: cakes, sandwiches, cones, etc.

A BJ's cookbook would be most awesome to have…:) My favorite summer party dish would be a hot and cold platter. One side Baked Clams and the other Deviled Eggs. Both homemade and created with losts of attention to detail and fresh ingredients.

My brother made smoked pork ribs several years ago, and I STILL remember the taste!!!! I think his 'secret weapon' was that he used the inner slats from a wine barrel as his smoker wood…I'd almost KILL for another rack of those ribs!!!!
