Made with white rum, fresh grapefruit juice, maraschino liqueur and lime, pouring a few glasses of this refreshing favorite is only fitting. Raise a toast to the classic Caribbean cocktail with this tasty variation, mixed up by Marshall Altier of New York City’s JBird Cocktails.

2 oz aged white rum (e.g. Denizen)
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1/4 oz maraschino liqueur
