Join Claire Robinson's Quest for the Fresh

On Quest for the Fresh, Claire Robinson is out to cook some dishes using ingredients when their flavor has reached their pinnacle.
Claire Robinson

Tonight starting at 8pm ET on Cooking Channel, Claire Robinson sets out to track down ingredients when their flavor is at the pinnacle. The mission turns out to be a bumpy ride with all the digging, diving, picking, milking and stealing required to find and cook with the best stuff around. There's an angry herd of ostriches, swarms of honey bees and the hauling of gallons of fresh seawater to harvest some salt (to name a few of her roadblocks). If you can stand the heat, get out of the kitchen and join Claire on her Quest for the Fresh.

Watch the two-part special Quest for the Fresh at 8 and 8:30pm ET on Cooking Channel.
