Chicken Breasts with Apple-Curry Sauce – “Apple Scruffs” – Carlitos Ordax tribute to George Harrison
“Apple Scruffs” is one of the lesser-known tracks on George Harrison’s classic 1970 triple album All Things Must Pass. Apple Scruffs refer to the legions of Beatles fans who would wait at random locations in London hoping to grab a glimpse of the Fab Four. This great rendition of the song can be found on the 2006 Harrison tribute album Thanks For The Pepperoni, released five years after his death. Enjoy this track while preparing Chicken Breasts with Apple-Curry Sauce. Harrison was probably a big fan of curry after spending so much time embracing Indian culture and Hinduism.
