- Make Your Own Tortilla Chips
Yes, good packaged chips are available pretty much everywhere, but sometimes it’s nice to do something just for the fun of it. Deep-fry quartered tortillas in 360 degrees F oil, and then sprinkle with salt, spices or citrus zest for endless variations.

Salsa exists to add zip and freshness: the very 2 qualities least likely to survive bottling. Basic homemade pico de gallo is easy to make with little time, money, or knife skills—and the extra effort is well worth it!
- Get Classy
