Some people enjoy their alcoholic beverages topped with a cherry or, at most, one of those foldable umbrellas. Others prefer an olive, an orange slice or nothing at all. We are rather certain nobody prefers to have their drink topped with a bacon cheeseburger and a crawfish. However, that is just what one Dallas bar has been doing.
The Anvil Pub in Dallas has been serving up a Bloody Mary that is topped with the aforementioned bacon cheeseburger, crawfish and a whole lot of other stuff. All told, the ingredients read like an extensive grocery list. It’s also topped with shrimp, cheese, beef jerky, asparagus, Brussells sprouts, okra, green beans, onions, olives, tomatoes and pickle. Don’t worry. It comes with a half pint of beer to help wash all of that down.
