Pizza Hut Sri Lanka Offers Up a Strange Pizza and Biryani Hybrid

Fast food chains do not exist in a vacuum. They tend to reflect what country they reside in. For example, Pizza Hut in America serves up some dishes that vaguely resemble chicken wings. Over in Sri Lanka, however, they serve up stuff that vaguely resembles popular rice dish biryani.
Pizza Hut Sri Lanka has released something they call "Birizza." This pizza and biryani mega-dish is sort of like a calzone filled to the brim with rice. Carb on carb? Somebody phone Dr. Atkins. Each "Birizza" eater also gets a choice of chicken or paneer (cubed cheese).
