The Inside Scoop: Ice Cream Week on Cooking Channel

You like ice cream, you say? What a coincidence, we do too! So before you chase down the nearest ice cream truck, tune into Ice Cream Week on Cooking Channel for a brain-freezing journey with our favorite frozen treat.

Start this Sunday, July 14 with Ice Cream Nation, a coast to coast celebration of America’s iconic cones and ice cream shops. Then catch an episode of Unique Eats for ice cream cravings beyond the ordinary. Chocolate Ice Cream S’mores Pie, anyone? Yes.

On Wednesday July 17, tune into more cold and creamy programming with Giada’s take on an Italian Hot Fudge Sundae and Kelsey Nixon’s inventive and unexpected Curried Butternut Squash Ice Cream. Then watch the ultimate Ice Cream Sundae Throwdown, as Bobby Flay goes up against the famous Banana Bucket Sundae, an amalgam of caramelized apples, bananas, ice cream, chocolate syrup and wet walnuts.

But if you’re an ice cream purest, on Friday, July 19, take a look at Alton Brown’s Serious Vanilla Ice Cream that’s anything but … well, vanilla. Whether you prefer soft serve, frozen dip custards or sought-after sundaes, get the inside scoop on all things ice cream this week on Cooking Channel.

    thank you cooking channel !

on peut également dire que le restaurant le passage avenue charles de gaulle est un super <a href ="http://www.lepassage-neuilly.fr/-Le-bar-.html">bar, particulierement bien pour les cocktails dinatoires et autres folies d'after work. Pres de la défense.
