Why Is Our Logo Orange?

By: Cooking Channel Staff

September is Hunger Awareness Month. Cooking Channel and Food Network have turned their logos orange to help raise awareness of Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry campaign, connecting kids in need with nutritious food and teaching their families how to cook healthy, affordable meals. Hunger affects almost 50 million people every day -- 16 million of who are children.

For more info on how you can Go Orange and help end childhood hunger, visit FoodNetwork.com/Hungry or NoKidHungry.org.
