Cronut Creator Back With Something Called a Magic Souffle

When Dominique Ansel unleashed the Cronut on the world several months ago, did he have any idea that it would saturate the world’s consciousness like an edible Cabbage Patch Kid? Regardless of how he felt, Mr. Ansel is not a man to rest on his laurels. His bakery is back when another kooky invention.

Introducing the Magic Soufflé. What makes it so magic? Can it slay Balrogs or turn cardboard into gold? Not quite, but it does feature a chocolate soufflé hidden inside a brioche which has been infused with orange blossom water. There’s also some Grand Marnier in there as well. A Magic Soufflé will set you back $7.
