In the Season 3 premiere of Man Fire Food, Roger Mooking headed on a low-and-slow-cooked, smoke-kissed barbecue sandwich quest. He headed to The Barbecue Exchange in Gordonsville, Virgina, for two sinfully delicious sandwiches — one called Heaven and the other Hell. Both were packed with pulled pork and bacon. Then he took a trip to Papa KayJoe’s BBQ in Centerville, Tennessee, where pork, pickles, slaw and hot sauce are sandwiched between crispy corn cakes (pictured above).
