Jason’s Thanksgiving Cranberry Jam
Ingredients:
1 12 oz bag of raw fresh cranberries
1 ½ cups sugar
1 tsp ground cardamom
Pinch of kosher salt
A few grinds of black pepper
The juice and zest of one orange
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in sauce pan along and heat on medium until nicely combined and the berries are soft, about 1 hour. Stir frequently.
Allow to cool on the stove and then chill in the refrigerator overnight.
