On Bobby Flay’s Basket of Brunch Goodies episode of Brunch @ Bobby’s (which you can watch in full here), Bobby cooks up a spread of American favorites like Shoo-Fly Muffins, Banana Bread with Vanilla Bean-Pecan Butter and homemade Fruit Filled Mini Toaster Pastries! Then he creates a one-of-a-kind bellini bar that is sure to impress any brunch guest.
There are several benefits to putting together a bellini bar if you’re hosting a continental brunch. They’re delicious and everyone will have fun making their own cocktails. Traditionally, the bellini is made with a white peach puree and topped with prosecco (it originated in Venice) but you can put any sparkling wine on ice and put out a variety of add-ins.

The 12th annual South Beach Wine & Food Festival begins today where some of the biggest chefs and food personalities will take over South Florida to cook, party and generally show off their culinary skills. It’s a rare opportunity to eat brunch with Bobby Flay.
If you can’t make it to Miami to partake in the festivities, you can still experience a Bobby Flay South Beach brunch by tuning in to Brunch @ Bobby’s at 9:30pm ET. On tonight’s episode, Bobby is cooking up brunch South Beach style with a menu including a Spanish Tortilla with Homemade Chorizo; Yucca Hash Browns; and a Mojito Champagne Cocktail.

Bobby Flay stars as himself tonight on Portlandia‘s Brunch Special, attempting to make the perfect marionberry pancakes for Fred Armisen, Carrie Brownstein and show director Jonathan Krisel (pictured above). We don’t know if he’ll pull it off and, since we’ll be watching Bobby on Iron Chef America on Cooking Channel during the same time slot, we may never know*.
