Daniel Boulud's flagship restaurant, Daniel, has earned three Michelin stars, four stars from the New York Times and is often sited as one of the best restaurants in the world.
Daniel Boulud is the quintessential French chef and a culinary superstar, winner of four James Beard awards (including Outstanding Chef of the Year in 1994), owner of six restaurants, author of six cookbooks and star of his own television series. He was even honored by the President of France in 2006 with France’s highest decoration, a Chevalier de la Légion d’honneur (Knight of the National Order of the Legion of Honor) for his advancement of French culture.
